Funded by the Lincoln County Cultural Coalition, the Wisdom of Youth Project offers free art classes on Tuesdays at the Kids Zone in Depoe Bay, starting on February 16 and going through March 29. Local artist and Kids Zone instructor Krista Eddy will teach students the intricacies of collage and how to prepare their finished art pieces for display.
