We’re a one-of-a-kind after-school program serving kids ages 3 to 18 in a vibrant, hands-on learning environment. Our facility features a gym, a creative arts & crafts studio, a high-energy LEGO lab, STEM learning stations, and opportunities for community outings that bring learning to life.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support students with engaging activities tailored to their individual interests and developmental needs

  • Lead or assist in creative projects, science experiments, physical play, and collaborative challenges

  • Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all youth

  • Be a mentor, a motivator, and a positive role model

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with children or teens (or a strong desire to!)

  • Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and flexible attitude

  • Reliable and ready to jump in where needed

  • Ability to connect with kids from diverse backgrounds and ability levels
